It is the second case! I am implementing something which is baremetal on an
x86 and so I currently have NO_SYS defined as 1, LWIP_SOCKET and
LWIP_NETCONN defined as 0. Settings can change so long as code size doesn't
grow excessively.
I need an example to follow to save me having to reinvent the wheel as it
were.
