Sorry Sylvain. The " brctl showmacs br0" after ARP:

address@hidden norberto]# brctl showmacs br0
port no mac addr is local? ageing timer
  2 02:12:34:56:78:ab no  26.18
  1 08:00:27:77:cf:c0 no  90.45
  1 08:00:27:a8:38:00 no  26.18
  1 08:00:27:c0:7d:ab yes   0.00
  2 4e:e3:4e:82:61:32 yes   0.00
address@hidden norberto]#

When I ping the lwip (ip = 192.25.6.2) from fedora-1:

address@hidden workspace]$ ping 169.254.6.2
PING 169.254.6.2 (169.254.6.2) 56(84) bytes of data.

Humm, something's wrong, it should display your 02:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx MAC
address here. Did you run showmacs after ARP request succeeded ?

By the way, can you ping the lwIP stack from fedora1 by bringing UP an
IP on br0 ?

Sylvain
