Can't
tell if this is the client or the server, but either way, make sure your Windows
system is configured to disable Ack Delay, You can Google
TCPAckFrequency and TCPNoDelay, or see http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/5578595314 for
instructions. You will have to reboot your Windows box after adding
these.
You
can find the correct Interface by looking for the correct IP address in the GUID
entry.

I am
running LwIP on BF527 as server with windows 8 as client.
TCP_MSS 1460
and adjusted the
send and receive buffer size accordingly.
I am seeing an
ACK every second packet, regardless of the windows size I am setting.
