[lwip-users] Crash in new 1.4.1

Hi all

I'm trying to utilize the latest lwip 1.4.1.
But If I use the code base in my project I get a hardfault exception after
some time (from 10 to 30 sec).

In that time I do have connection to my server an communication is are
running.

With the old code base 1.4.0 I do not have this issue.

Im using a lpc1788 with FreeRTOS 7.3.0 (latest)
