I expect 117.136.5.196/198 are the lwIP clients and 222.68.155.155 is the 
(non-lwIP) server? (Please provide such informations when sending a pcap trace!)

In that case, there's nothing wrong with lwIP but the server simply sends 2 
responses. The packet trace shows no sequence errors in that region.
