That one is *so* outdated, but we cannot force him to change it, after all, 
lwIP is his baby ;-)

The contrib module is one of the CVS modules: you can either check it out from 
CVS (see https://savannah.nongnu.org/cvs/?group=lwip ) or download a snapshot 
from the download page (https://savannah.nongnu.org/files/?group=lwip ).
