The lwip-contrib module.  This should be available as a zip on the
download site but I think I keep forgetting to create a zip and upload
it.  There's earlier version of the lwip-contrib module there, and there
were very few changes to lwip-contrib between 1.3.1 and 1.3.2.  You can
also get it from CVS on savannah.
