[lwip-users] How to build lwip-1.3.2 from sources?

Hi,

I have downloaded the lwip-1.3.2 tarball but it seems not to have any makefiles or any other build artifacts. Is that correct? I haven't found any step-by-step information on how to build it either.

I need to embed it in a Windows application that will receive incoming PPP connections over a serial port or modem. Are there any guidelines on where to start?
