The "malformed packet" warning is a warning generated by wireshark when it detects a protocol but can't parse it correctly. In your case, all packets to port 1470 (uaiact) that begin with "0x02 0x03 (etc.)" are marked as malformed. This should be no problem, just wireshark thinking the packet is something different than it actually is.
