I've just tagged the CVS tree and uploaded a zip for lwIP 1.3.2.

We've fixed a good number of bugs in the few months since 1.3.1, and I hope 
that 1.3.2 will provide a good stable base for people to work with while new 
features are worked on for 1.4.0

Please upgrade, test, report bugs etc.
