A second release candidate for lwIP 1.3.1 has been released. This has
what are hopefully just small changes from the first release candidate,
so it seems likely that there should be a stable version of 1.3.1 soon.
Please test if you can, either from CVS (using tag STABLE-1_3_1-rc2) or
using the zip in the download area on savannah.
