[lwip-users] bind and selection of local ethereal ports

I had assumed that passing a 0 in as the local port for the bind would result in lwIP selecting an unused one for me, but it appears that this isn’t the case.  Is this true, or am I just seeing things?  I’m using a late version of 1.2.
