[lwip-users] For lwIP developers: misc changes

Hello,

From the it's-not-gonna-run-right-if-it-doesn't-look-pretty department...

Following are some very minor changes which need to
be made in the lwIP source. Could some developer
claim these please.

All references to "TCP_REXMIT_DEBUG" in opt.h can be removed: it is never referenced in the project.

All references to "tcpip_tcp_timer_needed" in tcpip.h can be removed: it is never referenced in the project.

"sucess" is spelled wrong in tcp.h and tcp_in.c
