Done (this and the DEBUGF change).

As there are a large number of small changes to the source it's hard for
me to check they're all right and so on, but it seems to compile ok.
Apologies if I've broken anything.

I noticed Leon is in the middle of sorting out tabs in the source - I've
done my best to not impact on this at all (ie. not change any indenting
even if it appears wrong at the moment).
