SV: [lwip-users] porting lwip to propreitary os

Hi Rahul,

I use lwIP on a ARM7 with a RTOS without problem.
The stack has an os layer for easy migration to different OS's,
so there is little modifications needed.

We haven't stress tested the stack yet, but it works smoothly
for us under normal circumstances.
