[lwip-users] Problem compiling the code on win32/ visual c++ 7.0

Hi,
I'm compiling the port by Florian Schulze of lwip to Win32 /visual c++7.0

While compiling  pktif.c The error I'm getting is unable to find
packet32.h I downloaded the zip  file from project webpage. Am i missing
something. Where do I get this one and any other files I might be missing.
