[lwip-members] Applying Magnus' slip/ppp and tcp_in.c/tcp_out.c changes

I am going to apply Magnus' suggested changes later today, if no-one disagrees.

 

Same for the rename of tcp_output.c to tcp_out.c (It does not degrade the clearity of the name) and tcp.input.c to tcp_in.c
