Details:

When DNS_MAX_SERVERS > LWIP_DHCP_MAX_DNS_SERVERS, the limit number of DNS
servers provided by decode_len in function dhcp_parse_reply is set by
DNS_MAX_SERVERS.

this generate an LWIP_ASSERT (decode_idx < DHCP_OPTION_IDX_MAX) when DHCP send
much than LWIP_DHCP_MAX_DNS_SERVERS. 

See watched a patch that sound fix this issue.
