Hi Jesús,

ppp_set_auth function must only be called when the PPP session is in the dead
phase, we don't need a thread safe version of it, unless I missed something ?

Added to that, lwIP core locking is now a stable feature, adding more
functions to PPPAPI is not quite relevant nowadays.
