Details:

In RIOT <https://github.com/RIOT-OS/RIOT> we need a way to get the surrounding
type of a netconn object from within the netconn callback. This provides such
a pointer in an optional way (using the `LWIP_NETCONN_CONTEXT` option macro).
This is similar how sockets use the `socket` field, but as a pointer, not
numerical.
