Details:
Since ensuring that data before RST can be received (bug #50088, see commit
e0a2472706ee7af99cd00d35bc7e5829aea5caea), the RST can be lost if the recvmbox
is full.
Same thing for listening pcbs and acceptmbox, but 'err_tcp' is only triggered
internally by the stack.
There should be a fallback mechanism to ensure RST is received when
sys_mbox_trypost() fails.
