Details:

The attached patch should not affect any existing code (assuming no
client-application name-clashes).

It purely provides some (RFC#2553) definitions that can be used to allow
application writers portability with other BSD-alike implementations.

NOTE: This is enlightened self-interest in that I have client code that runs
under Linux and FreeBSD systems and this avoids having to have lwIP
conditionals in that code for the lwIP targets :-)
