Details:

Giving the 1.4.1RC1 a short try i've noticed 2-3 crashes which i've never seen
before on LwIP 1.3.x or 1.4.0:

ASSERT:
C:/Projekte/DVI-100/Libraries/lwIP/src/core/tcp_out.c:445:unsent_oversize
mismatch (pcb vs. last_unsent)

As my code is totally unchanged i just want to report this to give a chance to
review this before a misbehaviour will be released in 1.4.1

As i'm having a tight timeline i'm not able to test more at the moment ...
also i don't really understand what the error should tell me or what can cause
it.
