[lwip-devel] [patch #7750] Add unit tests for DHCP client

Follow-up Comment #3, patch #7750 (project lwip):

That's strange. I mainly changed 3 things:
- put variable exclamation before code (this is ANSI C, not C++ or one of the
newer C standards - do they allow this?)
Changed some variables and parameters to const and / or static.
- In test_dhcp_relayed, I had to change the test for "fail_unless(txpacket ==
5" from 5 to 6 (the following tests are increased by one, too) and adapt
lwip_tx_func accordingly.

Wile the first two shouldnt make a difference, I'm n to sure why I needed the
third change. Note that I ran the test on windows with git master.
