Oh, it seems like LWIP_VERSION_RC is still 0 (which indicates a dev-version, no 
RC), but personally, I don't really care...

I think we had one for the last RCs, but since tags can now be downloaded from 
the git repository, I don't think we need them. A post to lwip-users and an 
entry on our savannah news including the links might be a good idea, though (as 
people keep searching for the contrib repository):
