Follow-up Comment #1:

Hmm, I don't know which version you are using, but the one included with 1.4.0
already had SSI and CGI support. Plus the httpd shipped with contrib-1.4.1
will be the current master (it has no IPv6 dependencies but some bugs fixed
compared to 1.4.0).

Now I would have imagined that the current master httpd also has this bug, or
doesn't it?
