No, but you can view diffs of every commit at 
http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/lwip.git or monitor the commit mailing list 
(see https://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/lwip-commits), however that 
mailing list did not work for a while after we switched from CVS to git last 
year.
