One variable is completly unused as its switch-branch contains no code -- this patch removes this branch which also removes the silent drop of certain ND6-packets. The other variable is only used in certain configurations. This patch encloses its declaration and initialization in a suitable #if. This patch makes LWIP completly warning free with my configuration and compiler (apart from 3 "unreachble code"-warnings that come from "break"-statements after a return from a switch-branch. I would consider them good practice. _______________________________________________________ File Attachments: ------------------------------------------------------- Date: Mon 30 Jan 2012 01:50:01 PM GMT Name: 0001-Fix-compiler-warning-about-unused-variables.patch Size: 1kB By: philipptoelke <http://savannah.nongnu.org/patch/download.php?file_id=24924> _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://savannah.nongnu.org/patch/?7711> _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by Savannah http://savannah.nongnu.org/
