Follow-up Comment #3, bug #34682 (project lwip):
1. If etharp_request() there's nothing to do, it will be expired after
timeout.
2. I would recommended not to wait for 1.5.0 for this patch, and push it now.
Because without it, there's a possibility for an ARP request flood over the
network.
