[Ltib] Raspberrypi toolchain is missing from gpp

Hi Stuart,

LTIB doesn't seem to find the raspberrypi tools

in the gpp. I was able to manually download the 

toolchain and finish building an image, but I wonder 

if the problem discussed in this thread was ever resolved?
