Hi Stuart, I run the command sudo apt-get install –y ..... I don’t think it is LTIB problem. Because I didn’t get the part of ltib installation. I tried to run sudo apt-get update and still some error. Could it be my ubuntu os internet connection issue or not? Please advise. Thanks & Regards, Phyo Nandar Aye Flash Technology, Singapore From: Stuart Hughes [mailto:address@hidden Hi Phyo, Hi Stuart, Thanks for your advises. I installed ubuntu 11.10 as alongside window XP and tried to prepare host. “unable to locate package ... ” , “package ... has no installation candidate” , such kinds of error show in preparation of linux host. Could you please advise what is the problem and how to solve? Best Regards, Phyo Nandar Aye Flash Technology, Singapore From: Stuart Hughes [mailto:address@hidden] Hi Phyo, Dear Sir, I am beginner level to use ltib package and I’d like to ask some questions regarding about ltib build host setup and ltib installation. Which version of ubuntu is suitable for ltib installation? Can I use ubuntu 11.10?
Do I need to do default ubuntu installation? Or can I use ubuntu os boot from CD?
Is there any reference document for set up of ubuntu 11.10 host for ltib build and ltib installation?
