I changed a line 83 in the ltib script where it calls out a wget_opts 
--timeout= to 30 and that seemed to work consistently

Hi Chris,

It's most likely ISP issues.  The GPP is on a shared hosting plan that 
on average gives reasonable performance, but at any one time give no 
guarantees.  They may well have been having problem.
