I need to be in the same directory as the file I'am trying to execute using
./

Hi Roberto,
Maybe I misunderstand you?, but you need to be in the same directory as
the file you're trying to execute using ./ (not the one above).
So you would need to do:
cd /home/teledata/Pulsar
./Pegasus
