Hi Jim

I felt this was better asked here :-)

What does language.lisp do?  I was removing the "no-" rules when I
came across PARSE-NO-MATCH-FUNC and PARSE-NO-DELETE-FUNC.  Is it part
of a library you've written to make writing rules easy?

Also, in PARSE-RULE-STATEMENTS, don't you mean (get what 'foo-fn) ?
