[lmi] Dead links in wx wiki--very low priority

A search* for wx's 'Doxyfile' led me here:

...where I found this link:

...however:

This could be addressed with permalinks, e.g.:

  https://web.archive.org/web/20050425103808/www.snakesoft.net/Doxyfile

but perhaps it would be better either to mark that as obsolete and
note that the links have apparently been broken since 2006, or
simply to delete it?

* Of course, it would have been faster to look in the repository:
  docs/doxygen/Doxyfile
