[lmi] [PATCH] Changes to make MSW GUI tests work in CI environment

 Hello,

 There is a small patch at https://github.com/let-me-illustrate/lmi/pull/170
which is sufficient for the GUI tests to pass in the CI environment (see
e.g. 
https://github.com/let-me-illustrate/lmi/pull/170/checks?check_run_id=1342013510#step:21:16)

 The changes in .github/workflows/ci.yml are not really interesting, but I
don't commit this myself because the PR also modifies main_wx_test.cpp. The
changes there are not, strictly speaking, required, but they are needed to
ensure that the CI build fails if the tests don't pass, as without them the
GUI test program would always exit with the exit code of 0, and the build
would succeed no matter what.

 Please let me know if you have any questions about, or problems with,
these changes and it would be great if they could be applied so that any
future PRs could run the GUI tests automatically.
