As usual, after upgrading 'wine', it's a good idea to end any
processes that's using 'wine', and then restart them. I've
just now done that, and when 'wine' reconfigured itself, it
reported:

Could not load wine-gecko. HTML rendering will be disabled.

wine: configuration in '/home/REDACTED/.wine' has been updated.

Apparently some msw applications depend on msie to render html
for them, and wine replaces that with mozilla's gecko engine.
But lmi uses wxHTML, which AFAIR implements HTML from first
principles and doesn't use any external HTML engine.
