Below I attach a complete log of a 'wx_test' run, just in case that's
helpful somehow, but the only interesting thing I notice is the seven
occurrences of:
  004e:err:tooltips:TOOLTIPS_Timer How did this happen?
If no one else sees this without 'wine', I'll just dismiss it as yet
another 'wine' oddity.

I can't find a way to duplicate this when running lmi itself, even
when I manipulate input sequences in various ways (because the weird
message seemed to arise when those were being tested).

If I carefully place the mouse cursor over the xfce toolbar, outside
the 'wine' window, and then run 'wx_test' again without touching the
mouse, then I don't observe this error. I suppose the mouse cursor
must have been placed over some control with a tooltip on the 'wine'
screen when I did observe it.
