 OK, so the plan is:

1. Add RelaxNG support to xmlwrapp.
2. Switch to using RNG instead of XSD for validation.
3. Stop applying the stylesheet for sorting cells.
4. Remove the use of libxslt[wrapp] entirely when XSL-FO is removed.

 I'll work on the first 3 items, in order, for now -- please let me know if
you have any remarks/comments about this plan.
