[lmi] mailman: nodupes, metoo, CC [2]

Ignore this test message.

My subscription is configured this way (and has been so for years):
  "nodupes":   selected
  "not metoo": not selected

This message differs from the last on (which had no [2] in its
Subject) in that I'm CCing myself. My theory is that CCing
myself prevents my messages from being echoed back to me, even
thought I have not selected "not metoo".
