[lmi] Regression: spin control position in dataview

To reproduce:
  File | New | Census
  Census | Add cell
  Census | Edit cell
  change "Issue age" (e.g., increment it by one)
  OK
Then, in the census manager, click twice on "Issue Age" in the second row
to open an edit control.

Expected behavior: the edit control is positioned in the selected column
and row.

Observed behavior: the edit control is positioned in column one, row one.

This unexpected positioning seems to occur only with spin controls.

The expected behavior was observed through release lmi-20161123T1105Z.
The anomalous behavior is observed  with   release lmi-20170411T2037Z.
I have no other archived versions between those two. In that time
interval we upgraded wx once, on 20170221T1513Z:
