Several new features have been added to support new products.
To implement both mandatory and voluntary coverage on the same
certificate, a "supplemental" specified amount has been added,
with its own input field and supplemental-report columns. For
plans that require it, minimum premium has been split between
employer and employee. "Preferred" loans, taken after a product-
specific duration, benefit from a lower interest spread.
