A policy fee column is now available for supplemental reports. A
BOLI broker wanted to reconcile account values exactly, and this
was the missing piece.

Several other new columns depict values split between the general
and separate accounts, with a zero percent assumed rate. Their
sole purpose is to comply with a FINRA requirement for inforce
illustrations that have money in both accounts. For now, this
means running a supplemental report, manually. Eventually these
columns will be removed from the report-design GUI and built into
illustrations where required, eliminating the extra manual step.
