We ran a jumbo BOLI case, showing values to the dollar as the
broker required. Normally, amounts this large are shown in whole
thousands or millions to make all the numbers fit on the page.
This was a one-off customization, for spreadsheet output only,
which was delivered within a few hours of the request. With more
work later, it could be built into the system without spoiling
the pdf illustration.

To meet a broker's requirement, policy number is now shown when
a case's values are written to a spreadsheet. The restructuring
needed to make this feasible brought several incidental benefits.
Spreadsheet values such as interest rates are now exact (instead
of rounded as in printed output), making reconciliation easier.
The normal output screen (calculation summary) now appears much
faster: for the simplest single-life illustration, it's four
times as fast as in the July release.

Various cosmetic flaws have been fixed, notably:
 - toolbar buttons are more recognizable when grayed out
 - the calculation summary is aligned better

Specified amount can now be entered as a multiple of salary, with
options for a group-term offset and an overall coverage limit.
This is especially important in the group UL market.
