The attachment contains the newer version of XML Schema files for cns/ill files:

cell_document.data_types.xsd
    The file contains the definition of common data types used in
other schema files.
cell_document.no_ns.v0.xsd
    The definition for the old version="0" format.
cell_document.no_ns.v1.xsd
    The definition for the recent version="1" format. This file
contains all the relevant comments.
cell_document.lmi_ns.v0.xsd
    The wrapper file that puts all the elements into lmi namespace.
The old format version="0".
cell_document.lmi_ns.v1.xsd
    The wrapper file that puts all the elements into lmi namespace.
The recent format version="1".

The most interesting file is 'cell_document.no_ns.v1.xsd' which
contains all the relevant comments.

It this messages passes through I'll reply to it with more elaborate
description.
