[lmi] Calculation summary XML resources structure (with some examples)

Hello,

Here you can find a base version of calculation summary part XML
resources (new) structure.

I have put a "patch" on savanah lmi page. This patch is not to be
applied to the lmi CVS repository but rather to be used locally before
we add these resources to the right place in lmi.

The patch contains 4 files:

schema.xsd - a Schema file describing illustration data (data.xml) and
column traits file (format.xml)

data.xml - an example of illustration data

format.xml - an example of a column traits file

html.xsl - a working example of an XSL template generating a report in
html format for the data in data.xml. This file tries to mimic the
behaviour of FormatSelectedValuesAsHtml function from
ledger_text_formats.cpp.
