Additional information: the help examples in samples/html work fine:
/c/wxWidgets-2.6.2/build_3_4_2/samples/html/help[0]$./help
/c/wxWidgets-2.6.2/build_3_4_2/samples/html/helpview[0]$./helpview.exe test.zip
but I guess they use 'wxHtmlHelpController' instead of the msw native
'wxWinHelpController'.
