Record speed measurements [bis]
These data show the effect of rebuilding with the gcc and wine upgrades
specified in the immediately preceding commit. Going by the more robust
"least" column only:
- x86_64-pc-linux-gnu is perhaps a percent faster
- i686-w64-mingw32 is six percent slower for the no-solve row, but
otherwise about thirty or forty percent faster
- x86_64-w64-mingw32 is sixty percent slower for the no-solve row, but
otherwise about twenty percent slower
As mentioned in the last commit, these differences are presumably due
only to wine.
