    All files match contemporary master ef8f7b4a07 except
     - README.branch.patch [of course]
     - Speed* [no reason to update it here now]
     - ihs_avmly.cpp: only one difference remains, and it's complex code
       that's about to be expunged, so there's no reason to copy it here
    While the branch won't be immediately deleted, it probably contains
    no useful history, as the really interesting changes have already been
    cherry-picked into master.
