Combine two names for nearly-identical footnotes
Folded "MonthlyChargesFootnote" into "MonthlyChargesPaymentFootnote".
In practice, they were mutually exclusive, the former being used only
for individual private placements, and the latter only for illustration
reg; but the (proprietary) text was practically identical. The former
one's name can now be reused for a different purpose.
